3. Service Agreement

When you hire us, you enter into a service agreement specifying project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
 All services begin only after written confirmation and advance payment (as agreed in the proposal or invoice).

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms will be clearly defined in your quotation or invoice.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before project initiation.

  • Late or incomplete payments may delay project delivery.

  • All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend on Google or Meta) are non-refundable and billed separately.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our [Refund Policy]. In summary, refunds are only available under specific conditions before a project begins or for duplicate payments.
 Once a campaign or creative service has started, refunds are not applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals on time.

  • Ensure all content provided (text, logos, images, etc.) is lawful and owned or licensed for use.

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely input or feedback.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All creative concepts, designs, and marketing materials developed by Nahir Marketing remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client.

  • Nahir Marketing reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive or proprietary business information shared during collaboration.
 We will not disclose client data or campaign information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver quality services, Nahir Marketing (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of profit, business, or data arising from our services.

  • Performance issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google).

  • Delays due to client inaction, force majeure, or external factors beyond our control.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

10. Revisions & Modifications

We offer revisions as per the agreed project terms.
 Additional revisions or major project changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if:

  • The other party breaches any term of the agreement.

  • The client fails to make payments on time.

In such cases, the client is liable to pay for work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Kohat courts.

13. Updates to Terms

Nahir Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on our website with the revised effective date.
