Refunds are not applicable once the marketing campaign, creative design, or digital service has commenced or deliverables have been shared with the client.

  • Graphic design and branding work once initial drafts are delivered

  • Consultancy, strategy, or marketing sessions already conducted

  • Paid advertising costs (Google, Meta, etc.) spent on third-party platforms
